All Hajj visa applications are subject to approval by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Hajj 2028 Re-Application
If your Hajj 2027 visa application is not approved, we will submit a new application for Hajj 2028 on your behalf, with your agreement, at no additional service charge.
Cancellation & Full Refund
Applicants who choose to cancel their booking and/or visa application are entitled to a full refund, with no additional cancellation charges, in accordance with the stated booking terms.
Pricing Policy
All tour prices are listed in USD, however payments can also be made in Euro (€) or British Pound (£) for your convenience.

Once your booking is confirmed, your tour price is fully guaranteed and will not be changed under any circumstances.

Children Policy
Children from 0 to 5.99 years old: Free of charge
Children from 6 to 11.99 years old: Pay 50% of the adult tour price
Children aged 12 years and above: Pay the full adult price
Important Note
The children policy does not apply to any kind of transportation tickets including:
- Domestic Flights
- Train Tickets
- Bus Tickets
In these cases, a full ticket price is required for every child according to the transportation company policy.
Flexible Booking & Payment Policy
To make your travel planning easier and more convenient, we offer a flexible booking policy with a small down payment of only 25% to secure your reservation.
Your deposit covers:
- Tour reservations
- Domestic flight tickets
- Hotels & cruises
- Transportation services
- Other travel-related arrangements
The remaining balance can be paid:
- Up to 2 days before your arrival, or
- In cash upon arrival at your destination
This flexible system allows you to confirm your trip with confidence while keeping your booking completely secure and risk-free.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Horus Tour Sea does not charge cancellation fees for tours or excursions canceled due to force majeure circumstances beyond anyone’s control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Earthquakes
- Volcanoes
- Government restrictions
- Any unforeseen emergency situations
However, if the cancellation is made due to personal or business reasons, and Horus Tour Sea has already incurred non-refundable costs on your behalf, these expenses cannot be refunded.
Refund Policy
- Travelers can receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the tour or experience start time (local time zone).
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Important Note
- Flight tickets and train tickets are completely non-refundable once booked.

Once your tour booking is confirmed, we will send you a final confirmation email along with your travel voucher.
Your confirmation package will include:
